Restaurant Trio

In 2017, the Michelin restaurant AOC opened a little brother called Trio. The restaurant is located in the Axel Tower just opposite the amusement park Tivoli, right in the middle of Copenhagen.

At the top of the Axel Tower building on the 9th floor you will find the restaurant Trio which with its view over Tivoli is one of the best in Copenhagen. The restaurant is minimalist and exclusive. The staff is welcoming and very service minded.

My own experience: A couple of weeks ago I ate at the Trio restaurant, where I was served 3 different very delicate and tasty dishes. I got fried monkfish with mushroom sauce and lemon verbena sorbet. I find it very refreshing to eat at a restaurant that goes its own way. It is a restaurant that I can highly recommend.

In Danish: I 2017 åbnede Michelin restauranten AOC en lillebror ved navn Trio. Restauranten ligger i Axel Tower lige over for forlystelseshaven Tivoli lige midt i København.

Øverst i bygningen Axel Tower på 9. sal finder du restaurant Trio, der med sin udsigt over Tivoli er en af de bedste i København. Restauranten er minimalistisk og eksklusivt indrettet. Personalet er imødekommende og meget servicemindet.

Mine egner erfaringer: For et par uger siden spiste jeg på restaurant Trio, hvor jeg fik serveret 3 forskellige meget delikate og velsmagende retter. Jeg fik bl.a stegt havtaske med svampesauce og citron verbena sorbet.  Jeg synes, at det er meget forfriskende at spise på en restaurant, som går deres egne veje. Det er en restaurant som jeg varmt kan anbefale.

PMY

In central Copenhagen you can find a Latin American restaurant called PMY. It is a small restaurant that makes unique and tasty dishes from Venezuela.
PMY has a fixed menu consisting of 4 dishes. Of the 4 dishes, some of the dishes are served as sharing food. You can choose to start the dinner with a small snack or bubbles.

The staff are friendly and accommodating and serve the dishes as soon as they are cooked.

My own experience: I visited the restaurant 14 days ago. It is a cozy little eatery that makes interesting and tasty Latin American dishes. It is about time that the Latin American cuisine entered Copenhagen. I can highly recommend the restaurant.

In Danish: I indre København ligger en latinamerikansk restaurant ved navn PMY. En lille restaurant som laver unikke og velsmagende retter fra Venezuela.
PMY har et fast menukort som består af 4 retter, dertil kan du som gæst vælge at starte middagen med en lille snack eller bobler. Ud af de 4 retter bliver nogle af retterne serveret som dele mad.

Personale er venlige og imødekommende og servere retterne lige så snart de er tilberedt.

Mine egne erfaringer: Jeg besøgte restauranten for 14 dage siden. Det er et hyggeligt lille spisested, som laver interessante og velsmagende latinamerikanske retter. Det er på høje tid, at det latinamerikanske køkkengør sit indtog i København. Jeg kan varmt anbefale restauranten.

Restaurant 56 grader

Last night I visited a restaurant 56 degrees and located at Christianshavn in Copenhagen.

The weather is amazing at the moment so we chose to sit outside and have a nice dinner.
We were served different tasty and delicious snacks and dishes with a twist. It is not often that there are some popcorn in my food but it also worked with blackberry, eggs and other good.

It is a very interesting menu that is based on the season’s materials. It is menu that is constantly in motion with new dishes every 3 weeks.

My own experience: It’s been a long time since I have eaten a dinner that did not contain a single meat. On the other hand several dishes included fish which I think is absolutely perfect for those hot summer days.In Danish: I går aftes besøgte jeg restaurant 56 grader og, som ligger på Christianshavn i København.

Vejret er jo helt fantastisk i øjeblikket, så vi valgte at sidde udenfor og spise en skøn middag.
Vi fik serveret forskellige velsmagende og lækre snacks og retter med en twist. Det er ikke så tit, at der er enkelte popcorn i min mad, men det fungerede også sammen med brombær, æg og andet godt.
Det er et meget interessant menukort som tager udgangspunkt i sæsonens varer. Et kort som hele tiden er i bevægelse med nye retter hver 3 uge.

Min egne erfaringer: Det er meget længe siden, at jeg har spist en middag som ikke indeholdte en eneste kødret. Til gengæld indeholdte flere af retterne fisk, som jeg synes er helt perfekt til de her varme sommerdage.
